Wells Endodontics is a reputable dental practice based in Tampa, FL, specializing in root canal therapy for over the past 14 years. Despite booming business, their online presence was extremely outdated, and did not accurately represent their superior quality.
the challenge
Despite their on-going business success, my client neglected to update their website for over a decade. How do you get a distracted client back on-track, and maintain that momentum? Kicking the dust off the old site, and viewing the road ahead was very daunting. This is where I stepped in!
the solution
Outlining a cohesive timeline and plan for implementing progress, reviews, and iterations. Producing a substantial, responsive site that reflects and matches the level of excellence that Wells Endodontics proudly upholds.

What I Learned

Wells Endodontics

How to manage a busy client that struggles to stay on schedule.
How to manage a busy client that struggles to stay on schedule. My client’s site was so outdated because it wasn’t a priority for many years. It especially became a liability when a new associate—hired over a year ago—wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the site. It was essential that my role extended into project management: I scheduled weekly meetings, organized outlines and updates to keep the project moving forward, and handled all communications between collaborators. I effectively extracted what I needed from my client in order to execute my work; I respectively stream-lined the situation so everyone could be satisfied with the end result.
